Centralized guest services, plenty of electric sockets, great TV with excellent hot shower

Horribly outdated facilities!!! Furniture needs a serious upgrade!!! Pictures online are a misleading representation!!! Cleanliness standards appear to be neglected, and staff communication can be inconsistent!!! An overall lack of attention to maintenance is noticeable!!!

Hotel was within walking distant of the Blue mosque in a quiet street. Buffet breakfast was good and the rooms clean and charming.

Great overall experience. Unusual hotel, welcoming and accommodating staff, amazing location in Istanbul historic area. Nice room with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating, and amazing view of the sea and Istanbul from it. Exceptionally comfortable bed and good service.

Pictures misrepresented reality. My room was outdated with mold. Electricity was shut off for hours, and the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. There were no basic amenities like a kettle or iron.

The hotel had a central location and it was near a l6th-century mosque. I liked having a metro station within 15 minutes walk.

Room a bit small

clean, cozy, family hotel. attentive personnel, 24 hour open reception, good service, breakfast, good views from windows.

I loved the perfect location near the Blue Mosque! Just a short walk, and I was there. The room was cozy, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. A nice stay 😊

the hotel was clean and comfortable with a safe and a hairdryer. I had a room with a balcony and a sea view which was lovely.

It was in a very run down area and at the bottom of 2 steep hills. Even the taxi driver had difficulty getting to it.

The location is awesome for sightseeing, super close to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. My room had an air conditioning system and a minibar, and the shower was nice and hot. Staff members were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included fresh pastries and a variety of local options. Clean towels and a cozy atmosphere definitely.

Very nice people working here, always ready to help, polite and intelligent. Very clean room.

The hotel facilities where excellent, however the staff was not nice or helpful which was strange since everybody else in Istanbul where super nice.

The staff, they were not useful or helpful with anything, the wireless doesn't work in any place but the lobby and if it's not working they don't have a computer where people can check e mail and other things. Breakfast was really good, missing fresh squeezed orange juice, too much bread.
